Shipping Practices/Policies?

  1. Cost: Shipping cost is not included; contact email hello@jnunezgallery.com or call 973-232-6492 for more info.

  2. Shipping Locations: We ship within the entire USA and internationally.

  3. How Your Artwork is Packaged: Artwork under 48x48 will arrive in a box. If the painting is over 48x48, then it will arrive as a rolled canvas and packed in a tube. It will have to be put on stretchers after arrival. (stretchers not included) All packages will be marked fragile and will be packed with extra cushion and care. 

  4. Expected Delivery Timeframe: It generally takes 3-5 business days, depending on where it is being sent. For custom works, it will take longer depending on the type of artwork being created and when the artist finishes the piece. 

Artwork Inquiries?

  1. Return Policy:  All sales are final, so we don’t accept returns.

  2. Original Artwork: Each piece is thoughtfully planned out and hand-painted by the artist. A completely original 1 of 1 piece. Each painting is unique and cannot be duplicated. 

  3. Framing Options: Some artworks come framed and ready to hang, but most do not. If they do not, then you have the option to frame your piece for an additional custom framing charge. We are proud partners with Summit Frame & Art, one of the region's premier framing establishments, ready to deliver a holistic art-purchasing experience.   4. Custom Artwork: We offer all customers the option to commission a custom artwork piece with any of our artists. In this process, you will be able to discuss what style, size, and colors you envision with the artist, and they will create an original piece just for you.   5. Unsure About Purchasing: We understand purchasing art can be a big step, and you may feel unsure of how the style, size, colors, etc may work in your space. Due to this, we offer a ¨Try At Home¨ service. Where you can take home and try out any artwork (as long as you live within the New Jersey area and the work fits in a car) for a few days to asses weather it is a good fit, no pressure to buy. In addition to this, we also offer reservations for artworks, up to a week, ensuring no one else can buy the piece while you are still debating.

  2. Promotions and Discounts:  All works sold are original, hand-painted, and crafted by the artist. We value our artists’ time and the materials used to create these beautiful works. Therefore, the price that is listed is the final price that the artist and we feel the work is valued at. We hope you can understand.

Our Love Always campaign is a collection of love-themed paintings made by Jesus himself, where a portion of proceeds goes to funding different non-profits helping people in need. Our way of making the world a better place one artwork at a time. Custom orders also available.
