Love Always began with Jesús Núñez’s desire to make art do more than hang on a wall: to help people, bring a community together, and give love a place in everyday life.
At J. Nunez Gallery, it is both an original art collection and an evolving community project. Paintings, charitable partnerships, postcards, and shared installations carry its message beyond the gallery walls.

Love Beyond the Gallery Walls.
When Jesús Núñez opened J. Nunez Gallery, he wanted a painting to do more than bring color to a room. He wanted art to help people and connect the gallery with its community. Love Always grew from that ambition, and from a belief he carries into every part of the project: “Love is always love, and is always the answer.”
The idea begins with an original artwork. Someone chooses a piece they love, brings it into their home, and helps support people beyond it. J. Nunez Gallery donates 50% of the proceeds from Love Always artwork sales to nonprofit organizations. That connection between a painting, a home, and another person is our love chain.
For almost two years, the gallery collaborated with a different nonprofit each month, sharing its work through the gallery’s channels and supporting it through that month’s collection sales. A Love Wall brought the paintings together inside the gallery for two consecutive years. Limited-edition bags and two Christmas gift wrap designs later gave the community new ways to take part.
Love Always also became a way to respond when people needed help. Campaigns raised funds for refugees during the war in Ukraine and supported organizations protecting children in both Israel and Gaza.
The project keeps moving. Postcards discovered around Millburn and a shared installation at Millburn Free Library invited people to find art, leave a message, and pass love along. The next chapter we are developing brings that conversation into schools. Each new initiative starts with the same question: how can art bring people together and help love travel further?

Two Christmas gift wrap designs carried the Love Always message into everyday celebrations. They are past projects, not products currently for sale.
